Nick leads our asset management and sustainability work. Nick has over twenty years’ experience in investment and asset management at leading European and UK real estate investment managers, property companies and family trusts.

Before forming Revcore Asset Management with Sim Khatkar he was responsible for the UK office, residential and business park portfolio at leading global investment managers, Patrizia SE before becoming Property Director at family-owned property company, GMS Estates.

Throughout his career, he has invested, developed, leased and asset managed a broad range of assets across Industrial, Offices, Life Sciences and Residential markets in the UK and Europe for domestic and international clients.

Sim is responsible for letting and building strategy, target occupiers and execute business plans.

Sim is the founding owner and Group CEO of Occupier representation business, COREP a NAI UK Company having previously been a founding member of Bray Fox Smith. Formerly the Head of National Offices & Industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, Sim specialises in supporting clients with their complex office requirements across the UK.
